80G Tax Exemption Clause

Khatu Shyam Education and Charitable Trust is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. To issue a valid 80G receipt, you must provide your correct Name, Address, and PAN Card number during the donation process. The Trust will not be held liable if tax exemption is denied by the IT Department due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the donor.

3 Volunteer Code of Conduct

Individuals registering as volunteers via our website agree to strictly adhere to the Trust’s guidelines. By registering, you agree that:

  • You will represent the Trust with integrity, respect, and professionalism during all field drives and medical camps.
  • You will not use the Trust's name, logo, or resources for personal financial gain, political campaigning, or unauthorized activities.
  • The Trust is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained while participating in our volunteer programs. You volunteer entirely at your own risk.

4 Intellectual Property Rights
